Couldn't catch up google live support!

    I want help of google live support for one of my campaigns & I tried more than 100 times from last 2 weeks to catch up live support of google but they always unavailable..I have sent them 3 email & got 1 reply which is totally irrelevant to my query...any one here is same problem?
    Is there any other way to contact google support (phone no etc)?
    Please help

    Google live support is an oxymoron. If Google doesn't get it's s*** together in the next year or so I have a feeling that another Search engine will take it's place as the Dominant player.
