I just noticed today that there is a huge difference from the category reporting and the url reporting. On one of my sites I have three reporting categories (or channels), one for each ad size that I use on the site. I prefer to set it up that way so I can see the CTR for each of the ad sizes. Anyway I took a closer look at my stats today. For some reason the url reporting daily total is way less then what the total of the three reporting categories are. The url reporting is set up as the top level (ex. domain.com) and I don't use any other reporting urls for the domain. This is happening every day. The site that I'm referring to did very well on July 1. The reporting categories combined report that there were about 34,000 impressions for a total of about $25. However the reporting url for the exact same day that covers all three of the categories only reports 16,000 impressions and only a total of $6. I just reported this to YPN!, but I was wondering if anyone else noticed this? I also made the suggestion to them to add the ability to select multiple reporting categories when making a report (similiar to Google Adsense). Question, did you use www or just the domain? www.digital.com or digital.com It reports depending on your URLs Did that help?
I currently have it set to http://www.domain.com What should I set it to so the reports for categories and reporting urls are the same?
