Hi Where did I need to start if I want to be a PRO in SEO? Is there a manual, ebook or something like that to recommend to me??
You don't have to buy anything (& shouldn't). The best way to start is by practicing. Make a crappy site, try to get it to rank well. Rinse & repeat over and over again until you find out what works well.
Reading the wealth of information on here was a huge help to me. If you have any questions after you get started then you can ask them and you normally have an answer within an hour. Goodluck!
The reality is that to be successful you have to have a portfolio of your work. I can show clients a dozen of my sites that are ranking in the Top 10. And any good SEO person or firm can do the same. But the real key is not just ranking now, it's consistently ranking over time. There are courses and training seminars etc. that will teach basics. But this is really a business where you have to dig in and make things happen by yourself. A good way to start is to get a job working for a company as a SEO specialist. Some places will hire and train, but it's hard to find. Like a photographer it gets easier as your portfolio expands. You need to create yourself several sites and start working on them. This creates your own portfolio. The best advice I can give you for now is to visit SEOBook.com and read, and Planet Ocean's "Search Engine News" and invest a little in yourself and get reading. I have subscribed to Search Engine News for years and years - nobody compiles a better monthly SEO update than they do. Total investment for a year subscription is around $100. SEOBook is cheap as well. Both know their stuff and you'll learn faster than any other way with those two sources.
The best way to learn is to research. Read all you can. Take notes. Then you need to experiment and see if what you are learning works. Then you start the working part. And SEO is a lot of boring, time-consuming work. It's not a get-rich-quick deal. And don't try to take risky short cuts. Don't do anything that's intended to "trick" a search engine. Just do what makes sense and what you would feel comfortable explaining to Google if they asked.
You can download tons of ebooks re: SEO. Google it. To be a pro in SEO, you need to make a lot research. Keeping on reading relevant articles, even forum posts, and don't rely on a few manuals. From there, practice. Optimizing a site takes time and patience is of utmost importance.

READ, ASK PEOPLE, then try it... there are tons of SEO tutorials which is just a myth. I guess if you want to be expert then you must try each. at first you have to read Google webmaster guidelines that is the basic foundation of SEO

be careful on what you read, many of the ebooks out there are 2-3+ yrs old and they are no longer relevant, even those e books from the gurus, some of the information is not 100%... remember google makes around 450 changes to the algo each and every year, in 2007 there was a report/article publishged with the top 10, but i never saw the same report for 2008 dirty tricks never work long term... content content and more quality content will win in the end
Best advice is do a lot of reading here and on other forums as well as read http://seomoz.com/blog which will give you accurate information to help you out from a lot of false information on message boards. It just takes time like mastering any other craft/skill.
Practical knowledge always works, but for the beginners theoretical knowledge helps to understand the terminologies. So start from reading basics of SEO. There are many online tutorials available. More reading will improve the knowledge definitely.
the best thing is to just start reading ebooks based on SEO and start doing it practically....that's how you learn....
