Hello everyone I'm already a premier paypal account holder. But I created a personal paypal account yesterday. Since I didn't want that account, I created another one (all from same IP) and transferred the funds from the first created personal account to the newly created one. After sometime, paypal limited access to both accounts. Can someone help? I have a premier account on the same IP, will that also be under problem? How much time will it take for paypal to change the name in my premier account? How can I get back the money that I lost in the personal account?
You will need to contact Paypal about it. You are allowed two accounts with Paypal a personal account and a business account, you have created more than that so they limited it. Contact them explain it and they may lift the restriction and close the account you don't want to use.

According to my knowledge, you are allowed to have 2 paypal account's with same name, out of which one should be personal and other should be premier/business. If you have more than 2 accounts or even have 2 personal accounts. Just call paypal, i am sure you will be helped out.
Don't know why you have created two personal account with same name That is your first mistake and after that you have transferred funds from your first personal account to your second personal account You have already done mistakes from your end so result is now they banned your account. Try to call them and let them know of this, maybe.... DON.
You need to follow PayPal's ToS very carefully. Unlike banks paypal makes their cash from fees - not from investing or making loans with the money. Because of this they seize accounts, with their funds, whenever possible. Its their way of doing business. Good luck.
Paypal does not allow a person has 2 accounts of same type: personal/premier or business. However, what did they say when they limited your account?
U can have two accounts ... Business and Personal but if u really wanted to downgrade ur account , just call them , they will downgrade easily . there is no need to open new account. just call them and say the matter. its not a big matter. it can b sorted out easily
