If your site has this links/pages:

about, contact, faq, home, privacy policy, sitemap, etc. etc.

Will this help, or improve, one's revenue per click in G's algorithm?

adsense will show ads relevant to words given in your page, it depends on provided ads that how much they are paying... good or not

Have these pages will not have any effect on your adsense earnings.

Your sites are required to have a privacy policy to participate in google adsense. Not having one could get you in trouble.

However, they can have a slight effect depending on how targetted your page is. Remember to use google's comment code to show them where they should be getting keywords from, and not the links at the bottom.
