Anyone who's been in the game for that long are allowed to be called professionals. I waited... 4 weeks infact. From the day they moved everything to the day i received the last reply so I could fix the problems myself. I'm sure the support staff are there 24/7 since I could get a reply from Jason/IwhiC or one of their support staff more quickly than present.
There support response time is really great, but most of the support members don't know how to do anything or fix anything.
My accounts were down for 8 days. I had clients screaming at me on my support system. I have moved half my clients from freedom server to another server not owend by IwhiC/AHosting. I will move the rest of my clients over the next few days. This is the first i had herd about this merge. I never had any isues with IwhiC and wish them all the best. In the past 3 weeks i have lost around 3 clients due to this with no appolegy or compensation.The first thing that i did once the freedom server was back online was to isue some free credit to my clients that were affected.
yah its still down. but i see that there patriotic server is up. 76.76.11.111 but main site is down. where to get support?? should we contact ahosting.biz? UPDATE I got the reason of downtime. read here: http://forums.ahosting.biz/showthread.php?p=463#post463 looks like power cut issue on Charlotte datacenter. hope fully will be up by few more hours.
I dunno. I am so unhappy with them.. I just can't afford to put my proxies offline since I promoted them yesterday... And neither of my other sites...

They have put up this msg at ahosting.biz: Network Issue March 07, 2009 03h15 a.m. Again power issue and techs are working on it We know it's an issue power or anything. I seriously don't care. Cos this is ridiculous. Hosting sites can't be down for so long. 99.9% uptime thing is all crap. Atleast they gotta maintain 90% or the hosting is crap !
This is really pathatic.... Over It has been around 16 Hrs of downtime.... No place where we can post the support querries.... !!! I guess Jason should look into this matter!!
Emm.. I am with Iwhic reseller and my site is up and down. Really sad Iwhic was a very good company. Thank god the sites with them are more of my hobby sites. I have 2 other backup plan with tmzhosting though for my other sites. Currently my site just got up.
I also guarantee they will not give any credit for our downtime. The last time it was down, they didn't do anything, not even an apology.
Over 8 and a half hours since the start of the month (on patriot server) http://www.webhostingstuff.com/uptime/HostVERTIGO.html I don't expect 100% uptime but over 8 hours down is a bit much Was hoping march would be another good month at 99.0%+
Why jason ? He sold the clients to ahosting. So its not jaison's responsibiliy or right to take care of ahosting's clients. my 2 cents
I think it was ontime that iwhic sold their company out, but from the looks of it then they have sold to the completly wrong company! Either they lack knowledge about customer service, or they simply don't give a shit.
