    is there any difference between PR- 'N/A' & PR-'0/10'?

    N/A is new site, 0 is bad, 10 is best :)

    I believe N/A is also assigned to sites that have been de-indexed by google :(

    One in 3 months, maybe more, maybe less, none knows for sure.If you just started you are probably N/A, soon you will be PR0 and work hard to get higher PR is possible!

    i just only indexed by google. I am submitting to web directories & adding more articles to my blog. But, It seems that, Now I have to wait about 3 months to see my PR grow :(. ok, thanks to all guys...

    basically PR update 3 month but sometime google update the PR called update minor..hop you get PR3 at least

    N/A means not available and pr 0 its a pagerank (ps : pr starts from 0 to 10)

    YES. N/A is not even ranked (Gray bar) and 0/10 means you page started the race already, however; still on the first step.

    PR0 is for newbie ,looser or web scamer that caught doing a criminal activity.and the 10 is the most smart student Google love to crawl daily.the best practice for it,is wikipedia.com

    ranacseruet..you need not to wait for 3 months...because next PR update is supposed to be at the end of this month...may be on 1st April..as last update was on 31st DEC evening...and by the way this is the update of toolbar PR...you can lively try and increase your internal PR, which is actually used for ranking the sites in SERPs...internal PR is constantly calculated and updated by Google as soon as your site gets or loses backlinks.
