Density of keywords in the content. Density in keywords in links. H1 tag. Restricted related keywords (by not having lots of keywords will decrease the value).
overall the website quality in addition to what marketcap said. if i am an advertiser, i will be more willing to pay more money to have my ad on a high-quality website with good traffic than i will be to place it on a crappy-looking website, whether or not it has good traffic. in some ways it could have to do with how an advertiser thinks your website will affect its reputation
The things you mentioned may be better for SEO but they won't effect the price of the clicks. Just niche. Word count may attract better ads but generally the word count doesn't matter.
That's right. But, I think it works also with adsense, as you mixed up several different keywords, the ads will crumble and it doesn't shows the right ads for the content of that page and in result it will reduce the value of click, since its "Adsense for Content". So, its better concentrating on good related keywords will some more value on clicks..
^ It is not as you are saying... click value is based on just the provided ads, and provided ads are depending on niche, niche is called the collection of good keywords. thats it... not the number of keywords effects
I'm not sure how they are going to determine but I believe authority sites gain higher click values. In fact, there is also a tracking system in place whereby they will monitor how much it converts for the advertiser before they determine the click value.
