    Try to have more textual content and good collection of keywords.

    try to add more content and update them. Also use keywords and and description meta tag.

    It's because you have keywords such as sex, sexual, ejaculation, penis, foreskin and so on.

    Personally i would remove the content or adsense, i had a site with song lyrics with the word "Nigg3r" and was getting PSA ads. A week later the site had Adsense disabled due to "bad words" and they actually linked to the page as an example of the violation.

    Public service ads are shown when there are no bids for keywords that you have within the content on your site. You should look into producing better content, and then you will start seeing ads that will pay you for clicks.
