I would say both they are different in what the supply for you to market so using both would increase your income. If i have to choose one i would say CJ mainly for the ebay affiliate program
Clickbank: high percentage commission and 15-day payout. CJ: tons of high-quality products. You can make money with both if you promote the right product.
too many rules for cj. dont do this and that, or your relationship with the advertiser will be cut if u like "freestyle" method of promoting, choose CB
Hottest selling products online are digital ebooks. However competition is a bit higher bit if you can break even the roi is awesome! Clickbank for me.
clickbank affiliate links can be changed to their own affiliate names easily and thus it will cut your commissions, whlie CJ has dynamic affiliate links, so can't easily to change... selling products in clickbank is easy, so that non-quality products easily lineup and lots of times people getting refund because of non-quality... creating affiliate links and starting is pretty easy in clickbank, but bit tuff in CJ, in overall rate I prefer go to CJ with vast varietly products to promote..
I would recommend that you stick to Azoogle instead of clickbank or anyone else! Azoogle is the best!
Clickbank is good if your audience$ buy digital products. There are also high commissions at CB. Clickbank pay every 15 days. CJ has a wide variety of products and brands.
Well, CB has more refund rate. CJ has more restrictions. Try searching for affiliate networks, you'll find a lot of websites not only CB&CJ. Azoogle, linkshare, clixgalore, shareresults, linkconnectors. Did I mention Amazon.com, shopping.com, Barnes&Noble, etc Some of these also allow tranfering commission to Paypal account.
I think that's a generalization though - lots of CB products' refund rates aren't too shabby - if you decide to pick something other than "Unlimited MP3 Downloads" or the like. -T
A - If you're just looking for blind traffic to your website and require credit card payment services, go with ClickBank. I say blind traffic because CB doesn't give it's merchants much as far as reporting goes, and no contact with the affiliates running your program. B - If you're looking to build relationships with your affiliates and already have access to credit card processing, go with Commission Junction. That said, know that CJ isn't your only choice for option B. There are many affiliate networks which offer similar services to CJ, and do so at far more reasonable prices. There's Shareasale.com if your program is for a shopping cart type per-sale website. Our MaxBounty.com as well if it's for a per-lead or single-product-for-sale program... plus a lots of network newcomers in the affiliate network space.
CJ has high quality name brand advertisers and you can sometimes contact the affiliate manager directly for a higher payout...
OK, well I'm a noob, and a member of Wealthy Affiliate. It seems that on the WA website everyone seems to prefer ClickBank and they say that Commission Junction usually results in low sales or low payouts. Why do you think that seems to be the consensus over there? Also, why Commission Junction if you have access to credit card processing? Do you have to have credit card processing before you can use Commission Junction? Thanks.
