    Does adsense pays for high traffic. e.g. about.com, it has huge traffic.

    but i wonder, last time i got 5000 unique visitors from stumbleupon and i didn't get a cent also from impressions...

    but DP get paid mostly from impressions. It get less clicks but impressions are very high. That is why DP earns $500/day.

    Yes, google pay for impression too but the price is very low, it will be about 3 cents per 1000 impression

    Just it was added into the total earning. If you dont get any click after 1000 impression, then you will see you get some cent

    Adsense Premium has a better pay for impressions payout.

    The normal Adsense still pays for impressions, but it is dramatically lower. There are no exact statistics on how much CPM it is, but I would estimate it to being under $.5 cents.

    As far as I know, you can only get paid in impressions if you are using banner ads, not text ads.

    You can see the payment for your impressions only if you don't have any click, which is hard to believe it can happen (to have 1-2000 impressions and 0 clicks). this is the reason why all of you didn't saw any cent from impressions :)

    even i earn mostly from impression with less clicks..
    and i earn atleast 20 cents from impressions

    yes, but guys I think you are forhoting one detail
    the impression counts as 1 unique visitor per 24h (at least that what I think it is)

    When I do not get a single click for more than 1000 impressions, I get round about $0.4-$0.45 per 1000 impressions.
