First Time Client Work Looking For Design Comments

Hi everyone - This is my first time doing client work where I created the site design top/down. Just went up today to test out the PHP/MySQL scripts. If anyone would be willing give me some advice, comments, or a nod for my
design.

It's awesome. One thing though. I see some stock type images of people. Like on the about us page. Is that actually the owner? A real picture would definitely be better. The "getty images" watermark kind of throws it all off.

 

I really liked the design, specially the placeholders for images.

 

Lol, yeah that picture on the About page is just a placeholder for now. I still have some images to collect and add, but thank you for your input, puts a smile on my face!

My view on look, can you try with small menu button (with font), also the hight of the header as lot of empty space on it.
