    I am looking for someone that can code psd to wordpress.

    I am looking to pay no more that $40-$50, but ideally I want someone for a lower price as I need to get the design as well at a price.

    Please have MSN or Yahoo.

    Give me your best offer on a bulk deal, 1-2 themes a week.

    I think you're asking for services that would be better priced at $100-$200 per theme.

    No, I think there are people willing to code for under $200 a theme.
    Honestly, I don't know why someone would pay $200 to have a theme coded.

    Good luck finding someone who can convert your PSDs to streamlined, SEO-tuned, fast loading, XHTML validating sites that render correctly in all major browsers for $50. You won't.

    Instead, you will find some kid who doesn't know jack about web development who hacks together a rather broken theme and takes your money.
