If, at all, you need a real PayPal representative to hear to your complaints about anything regarding your PP account, like:
    payment delays
    your account getting limited
    or anything similar,

    Please follow up with:

    PayPal Jason
His email address: paypaljason [@] ebay.com

    Please see this link:
    http://getsatisfaction.com/paypal/people

There are at least three or four PayPal representatives available there, and Mr. Jason is the Official PP Representative.

Please read it completely (click on his name on that page).

I think, at last we have a real human who can respond to our PP-related complaints. He really responds!

I just found out this info, and thought that all my DP friends may benefit from it.

    Thank God! :)

This was posted on another thread regarding delayed PP payments, but I thought that as a thread, it can get everybody's attention. I am impressed by his way of working, and some of my own doubts have been cleared.

PayPal is a huge subject! There weren't much options either. With this person, I think, I have seen the human face of PP!

Of course, I am not on their payroll! LOL (I wish I was!:D)

This finding was incidental, and having seen how greatly PP clients can become anxious and feel let down massively (even I felt the same a few hours ago), this thread could add a bit of faith to our relation with PayPal.

    Thanks All! God Bless! :)

Thank you for this information. But I bet that the representative will surely get spammed with so many complaints from DP members.

He doesn't seem to be a type who would mind it! I think, if he is genuine, then he should be invited to be an hon. guest/member on DP.

Our BST Forum is arguably the best marketplace on the net, and he can make a tremendous goodwill for PP if he can come here often. PP + DP members' (business) relation will be much different from then on if he can become our official link to PP! :)

    P.S.:

Just found out that their home page has a PR7 and Alexa rank around only 22k. Must be a very busy and respectable site. Jason is doing a fine job as a strong link between people and his company!

Is that so? but I didn't knew! Sorry, my dear friend!

If there was a way, I would put your name up there... I just saw the growing confusion on other threads and got busy finding solutions. I wanted to know myself how can I contact a PP person without spending bagful on the long-distance call! I found that other site while searching... and just wanted to share!

Nothing really to take away your achievement! I really don't take credits, I try to give them to those who are really worthy!

I saw Jason doing good work... I saw something else too! He was helping all those people, including those that were swearing at him and his company! Different light, different perspective! Where is your thread? Would love to read it!

    ----

    P.S.:

Sorry Sunny, it took me some time. I just noticed that you introduced them on the 21st page out of 32 on this thread:
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=10808392#post10808392

Great!... But sorry again, I read that thread earlier but only the first few pages, may be around 4~5... reading 30~32 pages was not my cup of tea!
    God bless you! :)

I apologize if I came across in a negative way, but that was not intended. End of that debate! :)

Actually, what you suggest is my point of focus here. Jason can visit DP once a week and try n resolve any PP issues. That will be great! For PP, they will have this great Forum where major part of BST use PP.

Also, they can have a 1-on-1 or 1-to-many PERSONAL discussions with live audiences, which of course is not possible on their own website. It will be a nice beginning and many doubts will be cleared fast before they become "forest-fires" or confusions as we are witnessing here now. If all DP people go to the getsatisfaction site, it could be much tougher to handle! Why shouldn't we have our own PP man, who incidentally is doing a great job! I think he will love the idea of opening a "PR Office" here! :)

But this is for the DP authorities to decide. We can just view our points.

As I said earlier, even though the site getsatisfaction.com has a great PR and Alexa rank, not many here know them. I may be greatly mistaken though, as this is just a guess.

DP too has a PR7 for the home page and PR6 for this great Forums' home page, and Alexa around 1k. This is more popular than most other sites, including I suppose, that other site.

More people, especially merchants, traders, buyers, and sellers are aware of DP. So, if PP can use this site, it would help both the parties, and all of us. When a great site like PP doesn't have good communications open, they suffer. People are also irritated because of the hard channels that they have to cross to finally get their point across to PP. So much time is also wasted. If we have their representative, like Mr. Jason, it will be excellent PR (public relations) for all concerned. Good for them, good for us!

Thank you so much! God Bless! :)

LOL! Of course, you are entitled to contact if troubled! This is exactly what a PRO has to face! I am sure you will find solution to any trouble.

    ------------

I think I can be a VP if he chooses to become the next President of PP! :D J/K!
