Top used programs

If your using Vista, click "Start" and it will display your 9 most used programs/applications.

Mine are, in reverse order;
#9 - Paint
#8 - Adobe After Effects CS3
#7 - Adobe Dreamweaver CS3
#6 - Internet Explorer
#5 - Microsoft Word 2007
#4 - Adobe Photoshop CS3
#3 - Adobe Illustrator CS3
#2 - Calculator
#1 - Windows Mail


What are yours?

 

No vista here, but I gotta ask... why use Paint with all those other programs?

 

At one point in history MS Paint was a very complex and advanced peice of software. It gave birth to all them other programs

 

Nope.. no Vista here either..
I usually PIN my most used programs to start menu..

Some of the most important ones are

- Calculator
- Notepad
- Wordpad
- Photoshop
- Remote Desktop

 

I just reinstalled Vista, so all the default are there

 

How do you not have internet explorer/firefox on your list. Mine goes like this:

1. Internet Explorer
2. AoE (I know, its sad, but we can play multiplayer games via LAN at my uni)
3. Solitaire (I get bored easily)
4. Skype (really useful for business)
5. Microsoft Word
6. Winrar
7. Microsoft Excel
8. Adobe Photoshop CS3
9. iTunes
10. Microsoft OneNote

 

plutoegg, what's OneNote actually like... I've got it but never really used it before. What do you use it for?

 

Its quite usefull, but to be honest, not completely nescessary. I think microsoft was a bit bored and decided to make it for no particular reason. Everything it is for can be done with microsoft word.

 

Firefox, fireworks(I prefer fireworks), dreamweaver, apache local host,winrar

 

Firefox is my top program along with Miranda

 

Sorry I know how to use My Vista like a real geek, mine does not show anything, though these are the top programs 9 programs I use
