    • How i can know what cpc and cpm advertiser is paying in adwords?
    • For low paying niche do google charge less cpc and cpm to advertisers or its equal to high paying keywords?
    • If i am spending 20$ how much i will get unique visitors and money back in form of adsense.

if this means you're using adwords for arbitrage - trying to get people to your site with low cost keywords in order to make money form clicks on adsense - you're more likely to lose your $20 than make anything. Google doesn't like arbitrage, and will either stop your ads altogether or price you out of using adwords for that purpose.

I can't help feeling that the days of arbitrage are gone. Google doesn't like so many things nowadays...

AdWords is a great program if you have a semi decent budget, 20$ is that a joke?

20$ - 50$ a day should be good, make sure not to over run your ads though because you want some steady traffic.

    • If i will spend 30$ per day how much traffic do i need to expect?
    • How to check what advertiser budget per day is? or only advertiser knows what he is spending
    • If some one can not spend 30$ per day then ?

Well how much traffic you'll get for 30$ depends on keywords you choose and how much you bid on each.

We cannot check budget of other advertiser on adwords. It is only known to advertiser.

If you cannot spend 30$ then there is no problem, you can choose what you are comfortable with.

Adsense will bring traffic to your site. But turnout of your product sale fro this traffic is too low !

Depends on the niche and the keywords your bid.
You can't know the budget of other advertisers, but you may ask them directly :p
Then you may spend $10 a day and bid for less costy keywords or lower positions.

Take a course, read an ebook or something. Your questions are worse than 'If I can't breathe then will I live?, If I will jump off a cliff will I land on the sky'?
What happened to common sense and the mighty google to answer all our questions?

You need to test keywords and how much they will cost you. It really depends. There is no guide anywhere on the net that can show you how much you will get from spending a certain amount everyday with adwords and how much you will end up paying. Some ebooks have been able to tell people what they have been doing and what keywords they target, but it really depends on google. Just do some research.

If you are expecting a return back traffic to your amount. Everything is not dependent upon the credit you are using but the thing what are your keywords. Let say you are targeting funny sms / humor etc keywords you will find it almost too less. Or any other keyword you can check it here

    https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

While making your banner or advertisement more attractive that's your task and sometime depends upon some keywords that are quite attractive. Such as "Beauty Tips,Weight Loss" Blah Blah!

If you're not driving in the traffic from your low budget... look at increasing the quality of your text ad or banner advert. A quality banner advert can work wonders and multiply your traffic dramatically. :)
