LoL speed typing doesnt mean good programming. you should distinguish typing speed from programming skill

It depends on the education of each one... regardless being women or men. Of course their brain work a bit different from yours... they are better in some areas we are better in others but nothing that education/study dosent make the equalizer.

Mens are naturaly better at logic,maths, so at programming too. same educated man would do much better results than woman..it's nature`s magic^^
Woman can utilize both sides of their mind without any stimulants (by stimulants I mean: Men can do the same thing via listening to classical music). Now by nature Men are much better logical thinkers and Woman Emotion / Creative. So it’s all going to depend on the task at hand.
I COMPLETELY DISAGREE with this. Women can NEVER* be better programmers than men. To be a better programmer you need to be good at logics and there is NO logic department in an average woman's brain. *Exceptions apart. Even for testing I guess a person with CRUEL mind can be a better tester than any woman. Just imagine a person who just wants to find some fault or drive it crazy and has logic as well can always be a better programmer! (No that's not a description of a woman )
