its now 4-5 years that im in the proxy biz
but still have the same question
anyways there is a cool way to make bucks of $ , but thats not a cpm , cpc , ppc ,etc etc system
a totally new way to make money through proxified pages , im currently writing an ebook , will put the info there ;)

golab interactive = mediashakers (this company uses many domains on their services)
banner connect= does not accept proxies
canep= not even showing ads for me , i dont know the reason

but I have not tested Xtendmedia yet , will do now cause i had seen this on a warez blog , and if they accept warez , so why not proxies ;)

adversal is recommended how ever i have not used them , but seems many proxies have already tried ...

i think thats the error for ,PHP5 is not installed on your host

    ;)

    XtendMedia = RM platform (GI/Mediashakers)

I believe (Correct me if I'm wrong) payment rates would be similar.

Anyway I monetise my sites with a combination of Adsense (Frontpage) + Mediashakers (Proxified)

I've applied to adversal many times however never end up getting a reply from them :( .

Yes they all are from rightmedia but all these companies don't show same ads and prices are also slightly different. All these companies pays well in starting, it declines slowly...

I have a question. Most of traffic on my proxy network is from Iran and I want to block it because of the heavy use of bandwidth.

I have a low revenue from my proxy sites and I wanted to ask that if I block the Iran traffic will the revenue dip drastically?

I use adbrite on the proxy sites.

I had banned them and there was very less drop in revenue..but one can never tell..
I am with adversal and they have this policy of revising pay rates, so i Ban my Iran/Saudi traffic cos i don't want them to affect my adversal earnings if i bring in bad traffic..

But I want to redirect that Iran/Saudi traffic..I am not a coder..can anyone help me with this??

Iran and Saudi traffic affect adsense less but cpm companies hardly pays more than 0.02$ for these third world countries. I have banned them and it made no difference in my earnings. Server load is fine now:p

You can also ban the traffic of these companies using this site.

Its harder to earn from them when the user accesses your proxy through internet explorer.

Adsense for example on your index page, the user will see

"This page contains insecure blah blah do you wish to load them?"

Yes / No, some will click yes and thats fine.

So now they go to use your proxy and say your adbrite is there, they get the same message, they click NO this time. Then they look at another page, and they think this god dam message is a bit of a pain... then 3 pages later they fuck off and use another of the 3252546y proxies out there

I still got a bunch of them though, maybe 8.

Well that all depends if you offer both non ssl and a ssl and they can pick one they will use the non ssl one and those who know what to use one for will deal with the popup as they needed a ssl one for a reason. I have seem zero negative affect of having one on this proxy have only got 2 messages about it and they were from long time users who had been asking when I was going to add it thanking me for adding one. Just be sure they have a choice.

If you are really serious about making a ssl proxy then you need to buy a certificate. Self signed certificate gives error on Internet Explorer and after clicking on "Continue" ads ads disappear!

In Firefox you get 1 warning about this. With an option to disable it. I've been hoping for a long time Microsoft would fix I.E. Sadly it probably wont ever happen. Specially also a large portion are still using I.E 6! This going to be a long process..

Mine is not self signed and when I inquired about that popup was told its because adsense is not secure so no way to secure it and Google does not offer an alternative. If a user could find a ad network that would work with a ssl cert then they could have small snippet wrote that if url= https then show these ads if else url=http show adsense that would prevent the popup. Though this wouldnt help on the proxified page unless you stripped the ads off the page visited. At least that is how it was explained to me.
