    Im looking for SSH Accounts or a Cheapest hosting which have ssh access.
    im not planing to use ssh for compiling or any ilegal attempt! just accessing with password...

    im thinking to buy bulk....

    most shared hosts wont allow that and those that do need some kind of verification from you

    why do you need it anyway? your reasoning above is very general - You may be better off with a vps since you have your own thing, the host doesn't have to worry about anything bad happening.
