So ive had a paypal account for 4 years, all legit and has been fine until recently when they asked me to add a bank account and confirm my card etc, so i did this and they unblocked my account.

1 week later and they've limited my account again - asking for proof of Photo ID ( im not 18 yet ) and proof of address ( one of which ISNT mine because i sent some goods to this address when i was going on holiday )

300gbp is at stake here !, what should i do ?

Sounds to me like you are involved in something suspicious. If you've had this account for 4 years, this mean you opened an account when you were 12 or 13?

Either way, you blatantly broke the rules, you aren't 18. Try to move your money out and if you can't then you'll just have to wait until you are actually 18.

Photoshop your ID and I, also, didn't understand what you are saying about the address.

I don't think you will get your money.

He is saying that he has more than 1 address attached to his account which he used to send an item wherever he went on a vacation.

I am cynical though, I don't think the account is kosher.

Ok, can i just say i've not done anything suspicious.

ITs asking for two addresses, one of which i can confirm easily - but the other is my friends address which i ordered some goods to before i went on holiday so that i wouldnt have to leave the parcel with a courier ( because they're useless round here and the post office is miles away )

I supose i could make the id's, how would they find out their fake though ?

Well paypal will rarely unlock an account so unlocking same account 2 times is HIGHLY unlikely. I would just wait 180 days then Paypal releases your money. That is easiest way.
