Any good places to buy sign-ups for free investor newsletter?

    Wondering if any one has had success with buying sign-ups? I'm looking to add investors and traders to my free investor newsletter and was wondering what works well besides CPC?

    Buying sign ups is not a good decesion. I suggest you to promote it yourself.

    I hear that the paid sign-ups are given .05-.10 each and never come back to your site.....sounds like a scam.
