    Are you referring to the disk quota for particular account on the server or you are referring to FTP quota of the FTP username?

    generally if you have shared hosting you dont need to increase quota because your quota is already increased by default to maximum level. if you are over the general quota, than you need to upgrade your hosting account or purchase more hosting space from your web hosting provider.

    If its a disk quota just edit the FTP thang and increase it much more!
