My spammish sites make hardly what my content sites do. How is it that most adsense millionaires are spammers? Doesn't make sense to me.
where'd you come up with the notion that the big players are all spammers? if you come up with a really successful site with legitimate content it's quite easy to get a lot more traffic than you would be getting from spam. besides, most money / traffic that comes from black / greyhat stuff doesn't last. legitimate content is a better use of your time, imho.
Who told you spam sites make more than real sites? I think the spammers must pump out 100's of sites (with no real work) that make under $1 a day. If you have enough spam, 50 cents adds up over all those sites over a day. I'd rather focus on a real site, with real content, that makes real money. Come back from the dark side... It's not that hard. You don't have to resort to black hat tactic's to make real money. No tricks are required to be sucessful. If I was a spammer, I'd be a wreck- I'd be worrying that my valueable time and money would be lost in the next update.
I would say you are all right, but if there wasnt money in it, why does so much spam exist? I doubt they are just a few people's spam. It is serious business that earns a lot of money...
Spammers fight an uphill battle of having to replace thier spam sites after google bans them or sandboxes them. But they can make lots of meony quickly though. Quality content will good links should prevail in the long term if you choose the ricght niches.
I'm really pissed off by spammers like the best4sites and such.. do people really click on their ads ?
totally agree. Yet reading what u wrote remembered me something i read a while ago and found quite funny and true: "Copying from one is called plagiarism. Copying from many is called research". Weird hein...
They make money with other means besides contextual ads. They have links and banners as well. Others have affiliate links for poker and viagra. It sucks though.
