to have just ads showing when the customer goes to a site like this?
    www.fish4dollars.com/CreditScore.html

This is my site and I didn't realize I coudl be doing something against the rules... my other pages are similar
    www.fish4dollars.com/InsuranceHome.html

My content is all toward the bottom of the page... is that against the google adsense rules?
I know I have tons of improvements to make... any help again would be great!

No it's not, you can place the ad anywhere (minus the footer) as long as you have content on it.

Honestly, it's highly unlikely you will ever make any decent income from these MFA sites. Search engines will never give you favorable SERP positions because your "content", such as they are, are the same as those plastered on a million other "get rich off Adsense quick" sites. So unless you can pay for your traffic, the only visitors you will get are us, looking at your site at your request, or the occassional accidental visitor. You may get a click or two, but that's about it.

Either do this Adsense thing right, or get out now before you spend too much time on it for nothing. Having too many ads crammed above the fold is the least of your problems.

Listen to Jack. Please do the internet in general a favor and take the time to design a half decent template. It's bad enough that you're making MFAs, but at least make them attractive.
