I have had this blog since long and changed its template many times but never got satisfied from its design.
Now days I am feeling some well when i look it...
What do you think ?

I think you can keep this design. Everything in your site satisfies me.

 

The awsurveys banner is ugly and kills the whole website design, left adsense unit also looks bad, your article content is obviosly spun/re-written or I don't know what but it sure is BAD.

 

I don't like that my first view of your site is just adverts and I need to scroll down to see something...

Second the last update was like almost 3 weeks ago... Are you suggesting I only come to your blog once every 3 weeks?

That Awsurveys banner surely spoiling the whole look of the website.
May be it can make it a bit more decent if you remove that banner.

 

adsense banner is not well placed..rest is ok

 

Need work in design but is very good try

 

The overall layout and design could be better and I think you should change the
color of the adsense ad in the left column to match the theme of the blog.

 

I think you should change size of top ads to fit parent frame

 

Its good, try to add some images. It makes blog attractive.

 

The banner ad above the menus is well align .
And the page is too height . Try to fix it .

 

Now i changed the AW banner... hope it is good now
