"barely legal" means "legal" - and the site's name isn't the determining factor - it's the real age of the girls that matters - i.e. you couldn't have a site called "old hag's" and picture underage girls.

Jailbait does not mean porn. The term jailbait is a reference to any girl who is too young so being "with" her would be illegal and could send you to jail, i.e. "jailbait". The term itself has nothing to do with porn.

The term jailbait is commonly used as a reference to any young, sexy, girl.

I always thought this picture was so ridiculous, a young celebrity wearing a necklace that said "Jailbait". Who the heck let her wear that?

I agree that the term does not only refer to porn sites. When a girl is underage and is hot. It makes men look at them and be attracted to them. This also happens when a woman over the age of 18 is attracted to a male under that age. It does not only refer to the porn sites. It happens all the time to normal kids who are not on the porn sites.

They say that someone over the age of 18 can date someone over the age of 16 as long as the parents of the minor are ok with the relationship. Some parents will say its ok, then if something happens between the two people in the relationship the parents can say they never consented. Thus the adult would go to jail. I don't think this is morally right.

Mariah, thats true in some states, not all.

For having carnal knowledge of another person, the law varies by state and country. Each one has their own law of the age of consent. You break it, your a registered sex offender for the rest of your life inmost states now lol.

As was stated, as long as the sites are within the law of the land they are hosted in, they are ok. If a country allows child porn, you can not look at it if you are from countries that do not. As long as you provide all the notices required by US Law and keep the records in accordance with the law, you are ok. Merely appearing to be underage is not enough to be considered child porn.

Knowingly viewing or distributing sexual images of people under the age of majority (generally 18) is illegal (at least in most of the world). Why would you want to host that anyways? Any legitimate company (or person) will not allow this type of material for obvious moral and legal reasons.
