It's not a real re-write, just a poor attempt at changing a few words. The re-write also doesn't make much sense - like it was done by someone who isn't a native English speaker.

the more unique it is, the less 'illegal' it is. There's very little that is *completely new* out there, except for sci fi, fantasy, that kind of stuff. Most everything else build on what has come before, which is kind of what you are doing. As mjewel says, you need to do more than just change a few words to make it original

i agree, he must be using a software or something, because the construction of the sentences does not make any sense (you're right on that)

First you have to Understand English or should i say Learn it deeply especially with Sentence Construction, the use of proper Nouns, Pronounce, verb and other basic stuff, Correct Grammar, etc., even a native English speaker sometimes does have problems with their writing skills.

So i suggest a complete comprehension of the language will greatly help.

Read Books, do not always rely on the net for your information quest, go to the library.

    hope it helps:)

    Regards

    1. Your example is still a clear copyright violation.
    2. It makes no sense.
    3. It only has value to someone foolish who would pay for useless, illegal, gibberish.

The only part of your "re-write" that makes sense is the parts you didn't re-write.

p.s. The word is illegal, not ill-legal.

If you r putting that much efforts to change the words in between, why are you not writing that information in your own way...

because going and replacing words in between the article is wastage of time and effort.:(

I am not sure that's a rewrite man, dont use that as its bad!
I suggest you hire someone to write from scratch - you can get 200 words for 1$ in those days

I agree that this is likely copyright infringement. These are always fact specific issues. Copyright protects the fixed expression of ideas, but not the ideas themselves. Because you are in fact copying, and it would be clear it was copied, you have a potential problem.

Ouch. You even changed the song title.

    1) read the article and understand it.
    2) remember the main points, put the article away, don't look at it, wait 5 minutes
    3) write it down your own words (no peeking)

I took the time to do what would be a legal and comprehensible re-write of the article. I wasted my time so that you can see an example of what you should be trying to end up with. An article, using the same facts, but totally different language.

    ORIGINAL
    YOUR "RE-WRITE"
    MY RE-WRITE

I think it is a good thing that it is illegal to re-post like that. They must not have a creative English vocabulary.
