Rasmussen always adjusts their polling data at the very end (right before the election) so they can look good. But prior to that they had McCain doing far better than he actually did. They are a polling firm that tries to make (positive) news for the GOP with their poll results. They are not reputable.

is this a joke? It seems as though you're being sarcastic since Obama was the greatest earmark/pork barreler in the Senate. It came up many time during his campaign and he never denied it. Even the stimulus is filled with his own ear mark agenda. He also is already announcing tax hikes on middle class and small business. This isn't rumors, this is the truth!
Incorrect. The most inexperienced President was Zachary Taylor, who had no experience in any elected office. I have a feeling Obama will be a solid 55-65% approval rating President.

He agreed that there was too much pork barrel crap, he agreed the surge worked, and he fights for human values, yet he supports abortion, approves a 410billion $$ bill with 8,500 ear marks, and while he approves another surge in Afghanistan in one breath, announces a 'pull out date' in another.

The approve and disapprove lines keep getting closer together. At some point they will create an X. A similar picture can be seen if you graphs Bush's Approval rating vs. the last 2 years of Congress's spending increases. One goes up, the other goes down. Care to guess which was which?
