Clean Designer Wanted for Simple Portal

PM me with work examples as well as pricing examples and ill respond with the specs. Need 9 or 10 pages. Most pages are simple 1 template design. Most pages are just a few step form process. Must be able to design and slice work in 1-2 days.

If you know basic PHP that's a plus too as ill expand the project details and pay more.
