Wahoo... It's been months since I've received a click like this. I tweaked my site and scored $2.73 I just hope I'll get a few more today.
dood wats ur niche? Sorry, someone was bound to say that so figured I should get it in first Seriously, though, if you set up url channels for your pages (you can assign them for up to 500 of your pages) you will get a per-page report with impressions, clicks, earnings etc. This would help to narrow down which of your pages the click occurred on.
As Adpubster said setup your url channels and that can help your tracking for you to focus on the important keywords that will make you good money. That is how the so called Gurus make their money. Focus on what makes the most money and kill it. Dominate it.
Even if he gives out the "tweaks" he did, you think you are gonna just rip them off and earn the same amount? It's not that simple, neither it would work.
I wonder how easy it is to make tweaks that effect how much the click is worth? Other than changing topic, ePC is largely out of your hands.
My tweaks were simply put this way. I removed the color made my links blue and made my site plain jane simple. It used to be flashy but now it's just black and white with adsense with blue links and now border around any of hte boxes My niche? Take a guess....
This is a great CPC. One of my website is keep on getting $2 per click too, the problem is the CTR is too less
People generally have the impression that it is always better to have adsense window in the same color as your site content for better CTR. Your suggestion of making the adsense links stand out in different color is a different approach... Thanks for the suggestion....mate. Regards, RightMan
Poof.. Best guess yet. Give it a whirl on one of your sites. Make the b-ground white. text black and as for your adsense... just use plain old blue for the link. so your 3 colors will be black white and blue. Nothing else. It sounds silly but once you look at the simple setup you will see the links "glow" It's already a natural distraction for the reader... I've tried this concept with a few of my blogs and it works a lot more consistently than over doing it with the "oooh and aaahhhhhs" of adense.
