Where is your server located? What is your total server disc space? How many accounts are you selling? Do you have FFMpeg? Do you have a server status page?
This makes me worry too much about the stability of the server. Cheap usually means it's loaded, and no CPU limits makes me think stability will be poor of left unchecked. All shared hosting environments should maintain a balance of performance for all clients located on the server. Is this provided? Because stating "No CPU limits" leaves me concerned, more than that being a benefit.
