It was 4 years ago that I applied for an Adsense account through a site that offers revenue sharing. Now, I already forgot the account details but last year when i applied again with Adsense, my application was rejected because of the previous account.

Can I use instead a friend's Adsense account for my blogs?

If I will register using the name of somebody else, can I use that account with my own blog or website?

Ofcourse you can put your adsense code in any blog as long as they meet the Adsense TOS.

I think you can dump the old account and create a new one.
