So....... Any Ideas. What is the best way to get a high google pagerank ?

Not web sites but Pages more specifically, i.e. get links from pages that have a high PR.

Rent or get links from 3-5 different pr8 pages and also get a couple links from different pr9 pages, that will increase your PageRank well.

Ditto.. the page which links to you should have PR5+ if you get 20 links above PR5 .. then you page rank in next update may be PR4+ .. thats the calculation i think

 

All in all, it boils down to getting inbound links from high PR organic sites
To achieve this, you can:

1. Create useful online tools so that people will link to you.

2. Distribute your online tools with a link to your page (what SEOchat does)

3. Design templates and submit to all the free CSS download sites. You can put your personal link at the bottom of your template.

4. Write articles.

just some signature links + directory submissions + ageing and you can get a pr 4...

 

Just cloak to google.com, your site will be 10 PR within no time o other shortcuts for reaching there that fast..

 

I think you might be right

 

It's all about high PR links. Won't help much for traffic or serps though, unless they're from related sites.

 

Aging isn't a factor.

Specifically you need links from high PR pages that have few other outgoing links.

 

I have PR1 site obtained through single link from PR3 site+ageing.

 

Pray for a f**k up like the last update and hope your site bodes well with that f**k up.

 

I made a site for my client, never in the entire process (new domain) backlinked it from anywhere, yet it has PR3. I don't know where it came from because it wasn't even indexed or submitted to Google.

Coming back to PR4, yes it's quite easy to obtain PR4 & I have plenty of these on my site. The real journey starts here, PR5 won't come easy.

 

It had to have been indexed by Google, they can't give PR if they don't know about the site.

 

Believe me It wasn't indexed or even submitted at any search engine. I had been working on it for two months and just before it's launch I saw PR3 on the index page, intro page & the contact page. It had zero pages indexed at google or msn or yahoo & awstats showed no bot activity at all.

 

It must have been a toolbar error then, there's no other explantion. Google has to know about the site in order to grant it a PR value.

 

Can you refer the site.....its not possible for any site to have any PR if it doesnt got any backlinks......

 

Start a free counter site and add code requiring a link on every page.
