Wikipedia hacked?

I can't see that but I think they have fixed it quickly. Not sure but I know that the admins & mods at wiki are very proactive.

They locked my account indefinitely stating that it was intended with the idea of promoting my business. And my only mistake was that since I could not find id ruchie or aloksharma available, I registered Ruchie enterprises.
