Hey man don't move here just yet. Chill out were you are unless its totally bad. Jobs are really hard to find even if you have like 20 PHDs. Give it a few years. On a positive houses are cheap so if you have the $$$ it is time to buy.

I would agree on this one...completely. If you have idle money, buying a good house in USA would not be a bad idea...I am sure, it would turn out to be a good long term investment. Regards, RightMan
Well, you did not mention that where you live currently. Overall in my opinion, US will be a bit difficult. I know a few people (Indians) who where flying high in the sky and today they are walking on the footpaths in search on jobs. In other words, they have been thrown back to India and now they are back where they were earlier.
I can't comment much on getting a job in US easily but yes living costs are high. But how about living on shared basis. Many people do that to bring down the living costs.
