    Hi,
Yesterday I talked with someone to buy Adwords Vouchers,
We close about price together, I pay him in Paypal, and from there he disconnected from here, I send him PMs, and eMail and he don't answer me.
I ask from him refund in Paypal, and he still don't back my money.

    What I can do?

    Cheers.

Open a dispute with PayPal. Just go to transaction details page and below you see a link to resolution center saying like this "have a problem with this transaction". Then open a dispute. He will not be able to withdraw money and Paypal will refund you upon investigation.

Is the person is DP member?
Can you list down the scammer name so that other member will becareful when dealing with the person?
What i suggest you is not to charge back yet and try other alternative way such as calling the guy.
IMO,adword is categories as virtual item,so paypal doesn't cover it,you may loss the $$

Buying a adwords voucher from someone? Its confusing me. And from where you found that member who is selling adwords voucher?

Adwords has tie up reputed vendors who further provide vouchers to their customers. I never heard about someone selling adwords vouchers.

And even though you manage to get a voucher, you will still need to pay adwords a fee to have your account activated. Besides, adwords voucher is valid only for new accounts and not existing accounts. Not sure but you can confirm it with adwords support team.

I think you should open a dispute without any further delay. And as mentos said, name the member from whom you purchased the voucher.

BTW, If you visit my site ruchiedomains.com, you will see adwords vouchers offered with many products. Just have a look at them when you have some free time.

I would try to contact the guy a few more times. It seems to me that it would be a waste of time to create a DP account and do everything needed to scam one person for $18.

    So,
I send a claim to Paypal, and now the seller say that he send the vouchers by the email and I don't get anything (I check), and in the last conversation he says: "pay the money, I don't get the money".
In the attachments you can see:
    1. Our last conversation.
    2. 2 Proofs that he got the money.

Proof that I search his email address in my email and don't get any message from him:

    Details about him:
    Nick in DP: loveboyatul
    Name: Chetan Panwar
    Paypal Email & Email:

I give him a bad iTrader.

I`m really don't lie, I have nice iTrader with all good feedback.

    Cheers.

Oh, how rude of that guy. He took the money and used such a foul language too. Don't know from where these people get the daring to do all this so openly.

BTW, I am curious to know that how you came in contact with this guy for the adwords voucher? I don't think you knew it earlier that adwords voucher can only be used with new accounts and to have a new adwords account, you need to pay a activation fee.

Well, now let wait for the paypal dispute to come to some conclusion. Hope everything gets well.

Always be very careful of paying to any person upfront, especially if the person is relatively new here and has very low itrader.
Paypal is any way known to take side of the buyer, hence getting your money back through chargeback would not be a problem..i guess.

In my experience Paypal doesn't always protect the buyer or the seller, Paypal looks into the history of both people involved and sides with the one who has a longer and/or better track record.

I need to correct you here my friend.

PayPal is famous and their reputation speaks for themselves that they always take the decisions in favor of buyer.

In my case, I gave them sufficient evidence that I was duped of $700, but they never agreed to me.

And now the condition is that they don't even reply to the emails.

    Any progress friend.

PayPal is famous for having power of attorney over your account. They can lock, close it and stop you from using it for whatever reason. PayPal has went down the tubes over the years.

Yes I agree with mentos. Hopefully everybody can list down the scammer name. There are too many scams in this forum nowadays. Please stop scamming others.
