Just take a look at http://connect.microsoft.com all the bugs posted their are looked by the Microsoft Enployees and are replied accordingly,if you don't know about such sites, then I can't help. and talking about the features the Accelerator is one of the most useful feature in IE 8,even the web slices option is good enough

Yep. They started that last year, I believe. It's somewhat similar to Mozilla's Bugzilla where all the devs respond to user bug reports. But Mozilla has been doing that for over 5 years! Don't pretend this is something Microsoft just thought of on their own.

IE sucks, it's the most buggy browser.

And falling rapidly. In Europe and parts of Asia, half of all surfers do not use IE.

Netscape's rising too. Does that mean it's a good competitor to IE?

IE will never be good, until it's sped up and is more reliable on slower, low-end computers, and they switch to the FF codebase... IE is a waste of time. ;)

Your question makes no sense at all. One out of every 3 web surfers, right now, don't use IE. 4 years ago, IE usage was around 95%. Right now it's 67% and has dropped almost every month for the last 4 years.
