Just take a look at http://connect.microsoft.com all the bugs posted their are looked by the Microsoft Enployees and are replied accordingly,if you don't know about such sites,then I can't help. and talking about the features the Accelerator is one of the most useful feature in IE 8,even the web slices option is good enough
Yep. They started that last year, I believe. It's somewhat similar to Mozilla's Bugzilla where all the devs respond to user bug reports. But Mozilla has been doing that for over 5 years! Don't pretend this is something Microsoft just thought of on their own.
IE will never be good, until it's sped up and is more reliable on slower, low-end computers, and they switch to the FF codebase... IE is a waste of time.
Your question makes no sense at all. One out of every 3 web surfers, right now, don't use IE. 4 years ago, IE usage was around 95%. Right now it's 67% and has dropped almost every month for the last 4 years.
