Hello, Been reading this forum and I think it`s only fair I share something too. I submitted my site to yahoo directory and just go a note that I will be listed in 3 days. So... So far my site has a page-rank 2 and is 2nd in google for my keywords target. Will let you know if there`s any impact after I get listed.
As what ppl say, there will be a difference. of course its hard to tell, it you are on 2. if you were on rang20, then it was easier to say. and easier to see how many rangs you got though y! directory.
Nothing is going to happen to your position in google even after you had been indexed in yahoo.. Infact you may got even good position after u indexing in the Yahoo..
Paid, of course. I don`t expect much but do have other projects and would like to know firsthand is it worth it.
Google does in fact value any link form a quality directory And being in Yahoo helps because you are not just in USA Yahoo.
Well after few months here I am to report that nothing changed and my website has grown significantly during those months. Keep your 300 buck and spend it elsewhere is my tip
