Making Proxy Unblockable?

Is there a way to make proxies unblockable completely? I'm trying to make a 'payed proxy' that is never blocked.

Here are the ideas that I have come up with:

    1) Use a random domain name
    2) Put the proxy in a subdirectory - so that when IT goes to main page its blank
    3) Make subdirectory password protected - So only certain people can access the proxy
    4) Ban all bots from the website.
    5) Make the website no-index
    6) Using SSL (will that even make a difference?)
    7) Ban IP of Websense bots (not sure how though).

Can anybody think of anything else, and possibly help me with #7?

While these would help, I found that my high school (in college now, they don't block anything) would just block the ip of any supposed proxy site. Basically this would destroy the ability to lock it in a sub-domain and etc. I guess it depends on the place blocking it.

Maybe, but my goal here with the password protection is so that ITs won't know that it is a proxy. Hmm, maybe to make it better, I can put the subdomain (where the proxy is) on a different IP from the actual website (which will be blank, or have some kind of 404 error).

School filters will just block the domain+IP address. Unless you intend on changing domain name+hosting IP every time your blocked, so it's probably impossible to do this cheaply.

My goal here however is that the schools won't know that it is a proxy in the first place. How could they, anyways?

Hmm I guess I see what you're saying. If the site ever gets popular though you will definitely get found out. I guess it could possibly work otherwise.

There is no such thing as unblockable proxy website.
    Sorry to say that.

Simply put, they don't really. It cycles through proxies changing your ip, when it says "never be blocked" I don't think it means the "SITE" will never be blocked.
