ok i didn't read this whole longass post but did anyone suggest that you simply go out, get a $80 mail order business licence locally and a tax id number and sign up with adsense again on a new site then put it on all the old sites?? hell use a po box address and the business name if you must, but i don't see how you couldn't get away with signing back up. they banned you unjustly its only fair you do that... cost you ~$100 but judging by my adsense i know it'd be worth it to me in the same situation. or just wait for yahoo's network to open

That's possible but he still has to built some new sites. The sites he has are already well ranked and would yield immediate revenues, they are flagged by the Google police.

Josh I am going to PM you some ideas :)

One of my friends got his Adsense account disabled also. He wrote a long letter and begged for his life. They reinstated him in a week.
    He's got a large site.

Why not take you affiliate link and do something useful with it.
Bringing this thread back to life is a complete waste of time. Have some red.

If you see this kind of post in the future, press the little "!" icon next to the rep icon... This flags it for an admin or mod to moderate...

I actually reported all of them when they first went up as he posted a bunch of times on old threads.

Chitika is actually a great program and I understand the need for affiliates for promotion but people like this guy can't help their image any.

First of all he was not banned unfairly..

Secondly, what you suggest could potentially work, but it would take a lot my thought and consideration then what you have outlined above.

I imagine that Google would catch the majority of people who attempted to do what you suggest.

Keep doing it, and perhaps you will find yourself with some nice fraud charges.

I suggest it is not good advice to tell people to commit fraud on public forums.

It just flags it for an admin/mod - it's a much quicker way of getting rid of crappy posters...

My question is.. what does Google Adsense do to protect Adsense Publishers??

So if I go onto a competitors site and click his Adsense repeatedly and regularly, I'll get him banned?

Google is not approving any new accounts easily, so forget of having another adsense account.

Moreover, You have a good chance to get your account back.
    1. Tell them the truth, Don't Lie. Google's Team is smarter than us.
    2. Send an email to adsense team regularly(1 email a day) and apologise for your mistake, and ask them to give you another chance.

Only true apologise for your mistake could get your account back.
    Try it.
    Good Luck!

@Galaxian: Publishers has all the responsibility to maintain his/her account. If you decide to give invalid clicks on one's account, he just track your IP address and send it to Google Team. Google then mark your Ip as suspicious IP, after that whenever you make a click on his adsense ads with the same ip, any of your click will not be recorded.
    Smart Google | Smart Publishers.;)
