What is clickbank doing?! Their analytics is showing I have 0 hops today, I had 164 yesterday and now when I click on yesterday's date it's also showing 0! As a matter of fact non of my hops are showing up in analytics for the past month! Does this mean they're not tracking sales either? Has this happened to anyone elses account? (it's happening on all three of mine) I know cb always has tracking issues but this is the worst I've ever seen..
I had something screwy the other day for one of my products.. it was showing multiple sales from different affiliates than the sales disappeared a few minutes later.. I'm still waiting to hear back from CB
yea very true,in my case also none of the hops r showing wen itshld be actualy 60-70 per day,how to fix dis up
I think you guys need to put your eggs in different baskets, CB is renowned for being a crappy aff network in terms of tracking and ripping affiliates off. Whether its intentional or not, who knows, but the point is they don't seem like they are making any effort to change or improve it, so in a way it is intentional.
Use your own affiliate script to track everything.. Problem solved. Doesn't matter anyway. I am moving on to another system. Getting ripped by the day by clickbank I'm sure but can't prove.
