Forget about getting in the top-20, its occupied by wiki, mayoclinic, several foundations and the likes. So seriously, just out of curiousity: how many of you are making good money off these MFA-sites? Where do you get your traffic from and are you not afraid of getting banned for MFA sooner or later?
I would never waste my time building a web site around that keyword. If I did I would be competing with thousands and thousands of other web sites and not get any traffic. I would rather build a site around a less competitive keyword and get traffic. It doesn't matter if a keyword makes $50 a click, if you have no traffic, it doesn't matter.

Mesothelioma niche is high competitive niche and you can see actually not much people searching on mesothelioma related keyword. It will be better if you do it in loan niche. Yeah, its a highly competitive niche and flooded with lots of shit MFAs. I am sure when you start a site packed with high paying keywords, Adsense surely review your site.

Look at the pharma industry and general healthcare; people make a living off ilness, like the police make a living off crime. By directing people to offers they are genuinely interested in, you *are* helping them.
