I'm considering some Adsense alternatives, and Bidvertiser looks very intriguing. Has anyone dealt with them before?

I found it awful, both advertising and publishing.

I have bidvertiser running on my blog...and the result is far from satisfactory....though, I doubt if there is any other better alternative to adsense...

    Regards,

Bidvertiser is good, just the CTR is abit low comapre to adsense due to the ads display is always not matching

    Consider using Adbrite instead.

1800Banners.com is currently seeking preferred publishers for our preferred network. (Means good cpm rates).

We have different publisher account types depending on the quality of the site and its traffic. Were looking for high quality sites with good CTR rates for our preferred network and will pay accordingly.

BidVertiser is not the best AdSense alternative. BidVertiser does not count all the clicks and the ads kind of suck.

If you know that people will be clicking on the ads, you should give BidVertiser a try.

But if you just would like to earn money by displaying the ads on your site, without people needing to click on them, BidVertiser is not the right one for you.

Low traffic sites seem to perform better in ppc (cost per click) and high traffic site seem to perform better in cpm (cost per thousand impressions).

Hope it helps. (I still recommend AdBrite than BidVertiser) ;)

    I found bidvertiser somewhat suspect.

I track very closely any traffic that I buy. Some anomalies I observed:

    1) Visits usually came in around the same time frame of each day.

    2) Out of all the Visits I recieved I'd be streaching it to say 1% went beyond the landing page. I used the service for my Canadian Accommodation website. If I personally clicked a said type of ad, it would have been because I may have been looking for a place to stay in Canada, while I was visiting. And I would have most definetly at least looked to see what was available in the city or town I was visiting. If there was nothing there, or no listings then I would have bounced away. Not the case for over the 99% of the visits.

    3) I also published their ads at the same time, and I put the ads on the landing page that I was using for my ad with them. Low and behold, most of the clicks on those ads came during the same time frame as my visits from Bidvertiser.

My suggestion: no mater what type of traffic you buy...monitor it closely....try small ad packages first get comfortable that in fact the traffic you have decided on has value to you...the website owner.
