    Go to high ranking websites and get a link fromt them.

    You could use a service like payperpost to pay high pr blogs to write short blog posts about your company.

    Alternatively just buy link ads from advertisers here on the forum.

    All of the above helped us get one website from a pr6 to a pr 7.

    To attain pagerank, it really just comes down to one major factor. Other sites with a high PR that link to your site. If you get a few really good sites linking to you, PR eventually increases. Though, you should be focusing on traffic and SERPS than PR to be honest. Many webmasters make that mistake.
