Scrolling Ads

I ran across this site earlier http://valums.com/

As you can see when you scroll down the page, the ads in the sidebar follow you down, kind of creative I guess.

My question is, would this is allowed if you did the same thing with Google AdSense ads? Is there anything in the TOS that doesn't allow you to move the ads once they're loaded?

 

I don't think there is anything preventing you from doing this with google adsense
but in order to be 100% sure it best to describe to their support team what you are planning to do
and get an approval on it ... then your will have their written approval

I see this kind of following adsense ads in many big site
i think its OK

 

as i can see these are not google adsense ads, but these are some text links related to this site and some of their paying advertisers but not adsense.
