Is paypal payment available for Google Adwords? Do they have plans to accept it in future?

Within few days, you will see that Google Pay will come, and everybody will leave Paypal as outdated.

I am not surprised if this happens! Google seem to be steaming ahead at 500 miles per hour!

No as your account must be filled by a regular card...

Google and Paypal's master - eBay just had some toy tantrum problems a year or so ago and this might be one of the reasons why Google is not allowing Paypal to get in their way. (just my opinion though)

If you want to use PayPal to pay for Adwords just create one of those PayPal "secure cards". Login to your PayPal account, then off to the side there's a button PayPal Plug-in, and then go to Secure Cards, and create one. In a nutshell, PayPal creates a random credit card number that is seen by vendors as a Mastercard or Visa card. You pay just like you would with a regular credit card, but instead it deducts the money from your PayPal account! I've used it a few times to pay online and haven't had any problems.

This must be not a very well known feature, I can't believe no one brought this up :D

:) yes you could do that.
I don't believe google will ever use paypal as they don't get any benefit and loose potential customers for google checkout.
