Digg Question

I submitted my wwebsite to digg last night to help with ranking on websites. As of now no search engines have found it. Can anyone tell me why.

just in 1 night you are expecting to much, it will take some time until the search engines find it

 

Usually it takes less than 24 hours for Google to index content submitted to Digg however it's not a must.
Try to submit to other social bookmarking sites like Propeller and Mixx if you're in hurry

 

Digg submission surely ranks higher up in serps....at times even ahead of your very own blog post..especially if your blog is new.

Just wait for a while...little longer...and you will surely see your submission getting indexed.

Put up a link at another web 2.0 site pointing to digg, or submit the digg rss feed to feedagg.com to get almost instant results.

Don't waste your time with Digg. Work on getting quality traffic.

They won't help you with ranking on websites. They will help you for increase the traffic and the site get index quickly.

 

in most cases pages submitted to digg and to G ( via RSS ) appear in G within 1-2 hours or even faster.
hobby sites with just ONE page ... forget it
pro sites with thousands of pages will succeed
a single page submitted brings no success and no change at all

digg is just ONE tiny step on the way to success, ALL steps to be done simultaneously - year after year, day after day.

Might be crawlers didn't find your link..try submitting your website to some other web2.0 websites, so that crawlers can easily find your website..

 

Keep some patience. The digg is already very popular social bookmarking. Definately you will get good result if worked hard.

 

I have found that a Digg submission with a few bookmarks usually gets indexed within 2-days. Try and make the submission title as keyword rich as possible, without coming across as being spammy.

if your site is that young then you should submit your site map to google before you start social bookmarking.

 

Try to submit your site on stumbleupon, your site will get indexed in less than 24 hours.

 

your page will get index probably in next 24 hour. Dig is the best way to index a page.

 

Yeah obviously Digg is a very good and fast ranking social boomarking site..And also if you perform so many submissions in Digg from the same IP address, it won't process them..So perform limited submissions in Digg, but Digg is a very powerful social bookmarking site in terms of traffic and web site ranking in search engines..Thanks for sharing....
