over 1,000 Bakclinks but no PR ??

Hello members,
my site http://decentsms.com is 5 to 6 months old
and getting around 1000+ uniques a day with more than 1000 backlinks
but my pr is still 0
what should i do?

 

Try to find quality links with high pr. Check here on DP, and buy a review from a pr4 website, or a sitewide link, and you should increase your PR with that.

 

You should quit worrying so much about something you can't control. Google will show what it wants in the toolbar. Keep working on the things which matter in building traffic - content for visitors and inbound links.

 

Your site is indexed and not banned. I would also say get some quality backlinks.

 

i m create my first web directory few days ago approximate 15 days. and now i have pr1 for that directory.

i m only have backlinks from my signature .

so i want to say u that make quality backlilnks and quality content.

 

Try and get backlinks from high PR websites. But don't pay for any links or reviews as they violate Google Webmaster Guidelines. But if you are recieving over 1000 unique hits a day and not paying for the traffic I wouldn't worry about it. Google serp is more important than PR.

 

Are you sure about that ? because it is very strange. Last PR update was 2 months ago...

 

Its after all a page rank , concentrate on your site,

search for High PR Do-Follow links on niche related sites.

 

I have opened a site just 7 days ago and it has PR 0. It means that there is a PR update recently. If it wasn't then my website's PR should be NA.

 

One question
When did you got your backlinks?
Also 5-6 months ago?

 

Get some unique content for your stie.

 

OP probably has 1000 links from forums like DP (786 posts at DP would be about 3/4 of his links counted in YSE).

I'll bet there are few links from relevant sites (sites matching KW) with high PR.

 

1000+ low PR backlink wouldnt benefit you, get quality backlink

Are you after PR or after users? 1000+ a day is great. Invest your time in developing your site's user experience and content further, don't waste it (and maybe your money) on trying to increase your PR.
PR's importance in SERPs (search engine positioning) is overrated here amongs the DP users. From my experience (based on many case studies with my 8 websites), it plays a minor role.

 

Quality (related) and high PR links is all you need focus to them and your pr number will surely increase.

 

Quality backlinks could make your site have PR quickly.
