    Dispute a transaction even I want to contact them regarding some account info related?

    Reg contact us, they dont send auto reply or open a ticket to track it in future ?

    Nope. There is no any ticket system in paypal. You need to contact them either through contact us link from your account or through phone call.

    Correct but here is NO PROOF at your end that u raised the issue with them

    Now a days even a small firm with 10 employees has a ticketing system.
